The service

We publish reporting and analysis about AI security incidents. It does not offer paid memberships, reader accounts, newsletters or public discussion forums. Any future paid service will have its terms presented before purchase.

Content and permitted use

Our original text, design and graphics belong to Schuler Media LLC or their licensors. Third-party materials retain their respective ownership. You may read the publication for personal, non-commercial use and link to its pages without misrepresenting them. Applicable statutory rights, including fair use, remain unaffected.

Other republication, translation, syndication, commercial reuse or bulk automated downloading requires permission. Contact permissions@implicator.ai and identify the material from The Incident Board.

Legitimate search engines and news aggregators may crawl only as allowed by our robots.txt, cache pages and display headlines and short excerpts for search or news indexing. This permission does not cover full-text republication or machine-learning training.

Responsible access

Do not bypass access restrictions, interfere with the website’s security or availability, impersonate others, conduct fraud, or use the service unlawfully. Keep any credentials for restricted areas confidential. We may restrict access for misuse, legal requirements or to protect the service.

Editorial limitations

Reporting is provided for information, not as legal, financial, medical or individualized security advice. We aim for accuracy, but cannot guarantee that every record is complete, current or error-free. Source accounts may conflict, and assessments may change as evidence develops.

The service is provided as available, without express or implied warranties to the extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Liability and external links

To the extent permitted by law, Schuler Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive loss arising from use of the service. These terms do not exclude liabilities or statutory rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Links to source documents and other websites do not make us responsible for those sites’ content, availability or privacy practices.

Changes and governing law

We may change the service or these terms. Revisions will be posted with an updated effective date; continued use after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance, subject to applicable law.

California law governs these terms, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are to be resolved in the courts of San Francisco County, California, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdiction rules that apply to you.
